H.E Mr Mohammed Bachir Rachdi was appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI during December 2018, President of the National Authority for probity, prevention and fight against corruption.
His excellency is:

Founding member and former Secretary General of Transparency Morocco, as well as member of the executive committee of the Central Authority for the Prevention of Corruption between 2008 and 2012.

A graduate of the Mohammedia School of Engineering and a founding member of numerous companies in the field of new technologies and communication in Morocco, France, Tunisia, Canada, Gabon and the Ivory Coast, he was also the CEO of the INVOLYS group.

President of the Moroccan Federation of Information and Communication Technologies (l’Apebi) from 2002 to 2007.

President of several committees of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises between 2012 and 2018 and its representative in the National Business Climate Committee (CNEA).

Independent administrator at the Insurance and Social Reserve Authority (ACAPS)

Member of the National Observatory of Human Development (ONDH)

Member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) expert category, where he has supervised and prepared numerous reports on the themes of development strategies and public policy reform.
